A beautiful location for a beautiful couple

If you've poked around our blog much, you'll know that we have a slight obsession with Longwood Gardens. And by slight, we mean a pretty big one. We may or may not go there some weekends with our families just to catch the fountain shows during the warmer months! But we especially love Longwood Gardens for engagement sessions. So whenever some of our couples want to go there, we are trying to stay calm outside but are secretly jumping for joy on the inside. Many of our couples have never been to Longwood before their engagement sessions, too, so we also love getting to be a little bit of a tour guide for them on their first visit!

So of course we were over the moon when Mike & Sam said they were interested in coming here for their engagement session. We all made the trip out to Kennett Square, PA in early October, which is such a great time to visit. The fall foliage is just starting to change, but hasn't yet it it's peak so all the trees and plants are still pretty dense and there's low risk of lots of bare tree limbs.

One of our favorite parts of this session was having Mike & Sam dance around and get close in the beautiful gazebo. Those two were so cute - and they turned into some of our favorite images from the day! Not to mention that all of this was happening on a Sunday afternoon during football season, so Mike definitely deserves a fiancé-of-the-year award for his patience and stellar performance during their session! We are so excited to be able to see these two again for their wedding next fall, which we know is going to be here before any of us knows it!

We hope you enjoy getting this little sneak peek into Mike & Sam's engagement session - and please join us in congratulating the happy couple on their engagement!
